Since 2015, Greg, Andrew & Shane have generated significant returns for investors through asset-backed private lending funds, growing 24% annually.
The team also has extensive experience in rental property ownership and management, providing flexibility in rare foreclosure cases.
In 2023, they launched a Loan Management arm to service hard money lenders and audit construction loans; this addition enhances risk mitigation and capital turnover efficiency.
Greg has been an Otolaryngologist for nearly 40 years and started our lending strategy in 2013. Andrew transitioned from Management Consulting to Financial Risk Management at Uber in 2021 and now focuses on Revenue Operations. Shane Lewis moved from tech sales to real estate in June 2022 and manages operations for a Denver development company.
Our entire lending and investing philosophy is built around the principle of “skin in the game.” We expect our borrowers to demonstrate commitment through meaningful financial contributions to their projects. As principals and managers of 4 Corners Capital, we hold ourselves to the same standard by personally investing in the fund.
