HOW IT WORKS

4 Corners Capital was built as a friends and family fund, allowing our community access to investing in the asset backed lending strategy we've refined over the last 10 years. We currently still operate as a private investment group and require an application in order to join our participation queue.

01: Submit an Interest Request

You can submit an investment and/or borrower request at any time. These requests go into a queue and are called on as funds are needed or lending space is available.

02: Participation Notification

We reach out to our pending investment/borrower requests to schedule incoming participation.

03: Contracts and Verification

We then send subscription agreements and accreditation verification documents to be completed. Borrowers will receive term sheets and funding timelines.
